Expose CiviCRM address fields to Drupal Node?

I've been looking and everything i'm seeing is old. and believe it or not I've gotten NO replies on the CiviCRM Forums. So please help if you can. I'll try to return the favor.

I've created a content type where Coaches enter Practice dates that then go on the calendar. When the calendar links to the Practice Content node, I REALLY want the location address to show up. The location NAME is accessible as a CiviCRM Contact Reference field type. The sad thing is that while you show the NAME of a CiviCRM contact- the name of the Sports Facility in this case- you can't add any of the other fields such as address. So what good is the Contact reference?

BECAUSE this is a calendar link, it links directly to the content node, so I CANNOT use a View in this case. I'm trying to avoid a custom node-practice.tpl.php.

There used to be a module called CiviNode but it died out after API changes from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 and with Views 2.

Alfred Nutile, working with River Valley Tech, apparent wrote code to help with this, but the link is dead:

If you have some code or a module for me, please advise! Thanks.
